We Elderly Care - On-Call Policy

Purpose

We Elderly Care, Inc. contracts with an answering services to contact the administrative staff in case our clients require our services, have any issues, or new services are needed.


Policy

We Elderly Care does provide on-call personnel to answer questions and set up services. Caregivers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Procedure

We Elderly Care, Inc. will have an individual on-call 24 hours a day.  A telephone call placed to our main office telephone number
(863) 676-1120 or our Florida toll-free telephone number (800) 518-0403, will be answered after hours by a contracted answering service.  The answering service will page the on-call staff member and they will return the call within a reasonable time frame.  We Elderly Care, Inc. will also provide an RN to be on-call after hours and weekends.  The on-call staff member will contact the nurse on-call, if necessary.
